When you request a quote, book a service or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or postcode, and the details you give us about your heating system or the work you need.

We also keep basic records of the work carried out at your property: appliance details, gas safety and service records, invoices and warranty registrations.

Our website may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, used only to keep the site working properly.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange an appointment and carry out the work you have asked for.

To issue certificates, invoices and warranty paperwork, and to provide aftercare and warranty support afterwards.

To meet our legal obligations, including gas safety record keeping and, where you are a landlord, the issuing of gas safety certificates.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
